Laura O'Rourke on Loss, Abandonment and Learning to Trust Again

Series 3, Episode 4. Trigger Warning - This episode contains a conversation about Suicide

Katie and Annmarie sat down with Laura O'Rourke and were happy to give her the space to tell her story and what a story. Losing her mother to suicide at a very young age and with her father largely absent, Laura moved from the UK to Ireland to live with family. It's been a long journey for her to reach a point where she can openly share her experiences, which she now does on her platforms to help other young people. Today, Laura is a Mindset and Business Coach and a Hypnotherapist, trusted by many seeking business guidance. Laura is learning to trust again and remains hopeful about finding someone to share her life with.

Just like previous episodes, Laura's story highlights the importance of owning one's narrative. Her journey serves as a source of hope and resilience, fostering understanding and healing for others facing similar challenges. Through her courage, Laura empowers others to navigate their own paths towards healing and fulfillment.
