Human Re Sources and the team have helped artists like RAYE, Brent Faiyaz, Pink Sweat$, Baby Rose, Bren Joy, Damian Lillard, and more.

Now that Sony Music owns Human Re Sources, J's role has shifted. He serves as the EVP of Creative Development at Sony Music and reports to the CEO, Rob Stringer.
