Bouvy is a trained culinary Chef, she talks about her experiences of going to culinary school in Canada, working side by side while schooling to pay for the fees and moving back to Ghana. She talks about the differences between the two countries and people's attitude to their work. Bouvy and Mame also spoke about being on a panel about Ghanaians and Diasporans in Ghana.
