Carbon and deforestation are two of the more confusing and polarising discussions to be had in the modern beef industry. But no matter how sticky the conversation can become- it’s important to have it. Highly credentialled independent scientist Steve Wiedemann from Integrity Ag and Environment is not afraid to debate and inform and is bringing his expertise to Beef Australia in the form of two highly anticipated forums.
