Jon Gabrus (Action Boys, High and Mighty) joins Matt to discuss the Beastie Boys' first album License To Ill!

A Statement from Matt Apodaca:

"Hello Everyone.

Way back in November 2019 I announced I’d be releasing the follow up to my Weezer podcast, a podcast series diving into the discography of the Beastie Boys titled “So Whatcha Whatcha Whatcha Talkin About the Beastie Boys”. I recorded the first episode with Gabrus and was excited to continue! Then I got busier, then the pandemic happened. I never got around to recording the rest of the episodes but it felt nuts to hold the episode any longer.

For me doing my own pods is a lot of fun and infinitely easier to do with studio capabilities, since I’m recording, hosting and editing all myself. Unfortunately right now with the work I have to do on the other shows I work on and not being the most experienced editor, I’m as of now unable to work on my own projects but hopefully with learning some new skills I’ll be able to return to it at some point.

I hope you enjoy Gabrus and I talking about the Beastie Boys’ License to Ill! Cheers!
