Expert or Enthusiast? Interview with Lesley McShane of Redesigning Midlife
Lesley McShane has spent her professional life educating, entertaining, and encouraging, whether creating content for children’s programming, or crafting immersive experiences for museums. After raising her family and wrapping up a rewarding career, she found herself wanting to share her passion for fitness to encourage women in midlife, who perhaps “have all the tools”, to dust them off and use them. As a personal trainer and accountability coach, Lesley’s no-bs approach is tempered with her humor and humility, and I imagine she’s the kind of coach who can get you out of your comfort zone with a grin on your face. I’ll bet she could even get me on a bike!
