What if you look at life as a bag of stories? What do you think you're carrying? Do you have stories from your childhood, your growing up years, or your coming of age? Do you have stories of wins and losses? Stories of happiness and sorrow? Stories that have moved you, impacted you and transformed you? Do you have stories where you have been the hero, the anti-hero or just a bystander? Most significantly, what do you these stories say about you and your world? What's in Your Story Bag? is a Podcast where storyteller, Rituparna Ghosh helps her guests sort their life's memories to bring out stories from their bags. We believe that every story must be told and shared with listeners, you never know who needs it. If a story triggers a story from your life, drop in a line to contact (at) yourstorybag (dot) com. Rituparna would help you tell your story!

S2 | EPISODE 7 | THE IDEA OF JOY FEATURING GAYATRI GANDHI
What is Joy? A simple 3-letter word that may have different meanings for all of us. At these times we could all do with some joy and so I asked someone who knows it really well. This week I caught up with my old college friend Gayatri Gandhi to listen to her story. Gayatri is India's first Kon Mari Consultant, the Founder of Joy Factory and the chief engineer of people's quest for joy! She literally helps people manufacture their own joy by decluttering their homes.
This podcast comes with a companion video on our Instagram page where Gayatri helps me understand the meaning of joy. Tune in to www.instagram.com/whatsinyourstorybag to see our chat. In the video Gayatri also gives a simple recipe for you to find everyday joy during the times of Covid.
Listen to her story and if you are overwhelmed with clutter in your life, connect with Gayatri through her website www.joyfactory.in
