At age 16, she started to facilitate teams. It ignited her passion for designing and guiding transformative learning experiences. As the first employee of a German award-winning mhealth company, she gained extensive hands-on experience in the importance of creating excellent team culture in order to innovate and succeed.
With global clients coming from Argentina, Israel, the US, Bangladesh, Portugal, Germany, Turkey, Brazil, Luxembourg, she works as a senior facilitator, consultant, and culture & business designer while growing culturedesign.org into the go-to resource for innovative teams.
