Nashville is buzzing with incredible energy this weekend, and there's truly something for everyone happening right now across Music City.
Tonight, the Grand Ole Opry is hosting their special Opry Goes Pink event, the 17th annual show supporting Susan G. Komen in the fight against breast cancer. The lineup is absolutely stellar, featuring Carrie Underwood, Amy Grant, Mandy Barnett, The Isaacs, Sophia Scott, and Riders in the Sky. This is happening at the Grand Ole Opry House with shows at 7:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. It's part of the Opry's 100th birthday celebration, making it an extra special night.
For those who love discovering new volunteer opportunities, there's a free Nashville Volunteer Week Launch Party happening today at Centennial Park's Parthenon promenade. You'll get to meet local nonprofits, learn about community volunteer opportunities, enjoy a live DJ, play yard games, and grab food from vendors.
