Paul McCartney Brings 'Got Back' Tour to Minneapolis, Kicking Off Jam-Packed MEA Weekend
What a fantastic time to be in Minneapolis-Saint Paul! This MEA weekend is packed with incredible events that'll make you glad you're here.

Tonight, music history happens at U.S. Bank Stadium as Paul McCartney brings his Got Back tour to Minneapolis. The show starts at 8pm, and the Electric Fetus is setting up a special pop-up merch tent at the stadium beginning at 3:30pm. If you miss tonight's concert, you can still catch the celebration tomorrow when their merch trailer parks outside the Electric Fetus from 10am to 2pm, offering 10 percent off all McCartney, Wings, and Beatles vinyl and CDs.

For families looking for adventure today, Como Quest is your ticket to fun. This immersive scavenger hunt through Como Zoo runs from 9am with up-close animal encounters and fewer crowds. Teams use the Goosechase app to explore the zoo in a whole new way, with tickets at 20 dollars per team.

If you're feeling spooky, Battle Creek Park offers their Haunted Trail tonight from 5:30 to 8pm. This free guided tour through the woods is recommended for ages 10 and up and sets the perfect Halloween mood.

Looking ahead to tomorrow, Saturday brings the Owamni Falling Water Festival from 11am to 4pm near the Stone Arch Bridge at Father Hennepin Bluffs Park. This free celebration of indigenous cultures features music, entertainment, art, and food right on the river.

Arbeiter Brewing hosts their Boo n Brew Bash on Saturday from noon to 4pm, with pumpkin decorating, face painting, a bouncy castle, and kid-friendly karaoke. Come in costume and enjoy this family-friendly brewery celebration.

For something completely different, InnerCity Tennis offers free Super Saturday sessions from 3 to 6pm, where families can learn tennis fundamentals across their entire 12-court facility.

Sunday rounds out the weekend with free open swim at Great River Water Park from noon to 5pm, complete with water safety training at 3pm. The zero-depth splash pool is perfect for little ones, while older kids can enjoy the tube waterslides.

Thanks for tuning in, and make sure to subscribe so you never miss what's happening in the Twin Cities. This has been a Quiet Please production, for more check out quietplease.ai.
