Welcome to Ep 5 of Season 2!

I am so excited for todays guest! One of the main reasons for starting my podcast came after listening to one on sleep and the brain. Since then I have honestly been obsessed with everything sleep (I think my friends would back me up as I bore them on the reg about it). Listening and learning about sleep has really transformed my life, I know it sounds cliche but it really has!

Today I have Guy Leschziner joining me. He is a Consultant neurologist and is clinical lead for the Guy's Hospital Sleep Disorders Centre, one of the largest sleep centres in Europe. He is also and author writing the book “The nocturnal brain”.

We talk sleep debt, naps, alcohol and so much more. I am a huge fan of Guy and his work and I hope you are all able to take away as much sleep info from this as I did to be able to gain much more needed zzz's!
