Seafarer are the invisible heroes and engine of the modern supply chains. Despite their tremendous importance we know very little about them and their challenges at work. In this Episode we discuss with Helene Perfors, port chaplain based in the port of Rotterdam, and Kirsten Boele, Maritime Labour Lawyer at Wybenga Advocaten, which obstacles seafarer face, how the legal framework looks like and what possible solutions for existing issues may look like.
