Dan & Ruth are on a mission to build the worlds best community to inspire, equip and connect footwear creatives. Laceless Design began as a passion project when the couple were working for one of the industries leading footwear retailers in Germany. After growing their online community, they recognised there was an opportunity to utilise the talent pool they had created. Playing on Dan's product creation knowledge and Ruth's passion for recruitment the pair has created one of the first footwear design and talent agencies with a growing community and global presence.
