"What I Don't Want You to Know" is a podcast that dares to explore the hidden, unspoken truths that often lie beneath the surface of human experiences. In a world where we tend to share the more presentable aspects of our lives under the label of "what I want you to know," this podcast delves into the uncomfortable and vulnerable truths that are often kept concealed.

Each episode takes guests and listeners through 5 questions - "what I want you to know" "what I don't want you to know" "why I didn't want you to know" "what I've learnt from sharing (what I don't want you to know)" and "what I'm working on at the moment".

“What I Don't Want You to Know" is realm of complex truths, messiness, awkwardness, humour, and sincere dialogue. We believe that it’s these courageous and candid conversations that actually allow us to heal + grow. There’s something so liberating in getting free from what has previously held us back…

We also hope that this podcast inspires a little more bravery in the world…
