"What I Don't Want You to Know" is a podcast that dares to explore the hidden, unspoken truths that often lie beneath the surface of human experiences. In a world where we tend to share the more presentable aspects of our lives under the label of "what I want you to know," this podcast delves into the uncomfortable and vulnerable truths that are often kept concealed.
Each episode takes guests and listeners through 5 questions - "what I want you to know" "what I don't want you to know" "why I didn't want you to know" "what I've learnt from sharing (what I don't want you to know)" and "what I'm working on at the moment".
“What I Don't Want You to Know" is realm of complex truths, messiness, awkwardness, humour, and sincere dialogue. We believe that it’s these courageous and candid conversations that actually allow us to heal + grow. There’s something so liberating in getting free from what has previously held us back…
We also hope that this podcast inspires a little more bravery in the world…

Welcome to episode 7 of “what I don’t want you to know”…
We have a very beautiful human to introduce to you today… her name is Hayley Lam, aka Hayles, aka loving Mum to two amazing little people, aka loving wife, daughter and friend.
To say that this woman is making a difference in the world is an understatement.
Hayley contributes to the world in the most magical ways. She is an Inner Work Coach, Breathwork, Reiki, Kundalini and Sound Healing Practitioner, with a background in Personal Training and Occupational Therapy… yup… and she’s training and developing herself to bring even more gifts out in the open.
In our conversation, Hayley shares her journey from feeling like she needed to hide and suppress her spiritual and intuitive gifts, to finding her way to re-connecting, trusting and ultimately, embracing her gifts and using them to help others. Through this, we explore the concept of “sensitivity” and how it can be both a challenge and a superpower - emphasising the importance of finding safe places and people (“your tribe”) to open up to, as well as creating daily practices that connect to “something greater”.
Hayley provides such beautiful insights into her path from wrestling with meditation to developing her practice, which has led her down transformative pathways of energy and body work. She explains breathwork as a transformative modality that helps release blocked energy and emotions, allowing for deep healing and connection. And whilst Hayley is swimming in deep spiritual oceans, she reminds us of the importance of finding what works for each individual.
We couldn’t be more grateful for Hayley having the courage to step further out of her “spiritual closet” and into her light…
Thank you Hayles… xx
As always, go gently,
Em & Tan xx
