In this episode, we discuss the case of off-duty Dallas police officer, Amber Guyger……who shot and killed 26 year old Botham Jean, in his own apartment, while he was eating ice cream on his couch. She claimed it was a case of mistaken apartment. This was a unique case of a white female police officer, who went against all of her training and shot an innocent, unarmed black civilian in his own home, and how the trial would play out.
