What Do You Believe?

The question has likely come to us all, “What Do You Believe?” Belief is an interesting thing. It is complex. Multi-faceted. Layered with emotion, and defined by our own unique experiences, traumas, perspectives, and pain. It is a powerful and driving force in each of our lives, sometimes without even knowing it. Belief doesn’t live in one box - it is all encompassing, ranging from the belief that intuition is the best decision-maker to the belief that meditation can solve the world’s most difficult problems. Whatever it is that you believe - you are welcome here.

On the Covid Front Lines with Dr Kristina Kramer

We end an unprecedented year with an incredible woman, Dr Kristina Kramer is a childhood friend who I recently reconnected with over Facebook after 35 years.  She is currently the Head of ICU at John Muir Medical Center in Northern California and for the majority of the year has been sharing via Facebook her daily experiences ‘in the trenches’.  I’ve been passionately following along and recently had the honor of interviewing her.  Please listen to this homage to the brave medical professionals that have been leading the fight against COVID.  Our conversation touches upon the vaccine, being a women and balancing one's life’s work and what she believes being a medical professional is fundamentally about.  Join us in honoring the heroes who have tirelessly took care of us and who have risked their lives for our own.
