What Do You Believe?

The question has likely come to us all, “What Do You Believe?” Belief is an interesting thing. It is complex. Multi-faceted. Layered with emotion, and defined by our own unique experiences, traumas, perspectives, and pain. It is a powerful and driving force in each of our lives, sometimes without even knowing it. Belief doesn’t live in one box - it is all encompassing, ranging from the belief that intuition is the best decision-maker to the belief that meditation can solve the world’s most difficult problems. Whatever it is that you believe - you are welcome here.

Get cozy with artist, creative director, writer Melissa Unger

As we wind down another challenging year for many of us and look toward 2022, I can’t think of a better episode to end with than my friend Melissa Unger. Melissa is an artist, creative director, writer, philosopher and creator of Seymour projects

In this intimate conversation Melissa teaches us what she believes are the most important components to living a conscious life at any age.

Melissa’s sage advice and stories from her own life experiences could not be shared at a better time. As the new year approaches, take what resonates for you to help propel you into a new beginning or regeneration.

I always learn so much when I speak with Melissa about her philosophical approach to life, love and the pursuit of one’s purpose, her challenges and her triumphs are a plentiful resource for anyone at any stage in their development. Melissa generously gives from her heart and without hesItation. I am excited to share her thoughtful nuggets of wisdom and information, for they are not to be missed.
