Some of the largest financial firms in the UK have started to incorporate VR as a way to reintroduce the feeling of human interaction among their home-working employees and combat "Zoom-fatigue". As well as replacing in-person interaction, other benefits that the firms are reporting are higher information retention from VR seminars and reduced costs related to training staff. We discuss our thoughts on VR in the workplace and have a chat about whether we see a future for the technology in our own company.
