In this months episode of We've Got Back Issues we invite you to peruse the pages of Michael Allred's surrealist superhero creation Madman! Join us as we travel to Snap City where a mad scientist named Dr Egon Boiffard cobbles a guy together from corpses bring him back to life. Where the self-replicating robot creations Dr Gellespie Flem wander aimlessly through the sewers, where Mott from the Planet Hoople didges the advances of a lovelorn alien cannibal. Where G-men from hell give out hero Frank Einstein the creeps, where self replicating robots run wild in the sewers, Were metaphysical philosophy and traveling circuses on cruise ships meet. Where 1950s science fiction films is and rock and roll pop music are melted down into a heady brew... it's should proved to be rather neato and certianly decidedly ginchy.
Don't believe in yourself,
Don't deceive with belief,
Knowledge comes with death's release
Ah-ah-ah-ah, ah-ah-ah-ah-ah
