Brad is the Founder and CIO of Evergreen Capital. Brad has 20 years of experience investing in both traditional and alternative asset classes with a primary focus on high-cash-flowing assets. Brad is also a Partner of Vintage Capital, which focuses primarily on mobile home park investments. Previously, Brad worked as a real estate private equity operator.
