Our chat with Dr Funmi of The Reading Corner was nothing short of inspiring and engaging. One of the most inspiring parts of our conversation was when Dr Funmi mentioned losing her best talent and why she even encouraged him to leave. We learned for the first time that Dr Funmi knows every single book in her store such that if you ask her if the store has a particular book, she can easily tell whether or not it's available. She shared how that is possible. We also asked her why she continues to refer businesses that have recruitment needs to WAVE.
