In this episode I have a thought-provoking discussion with Jo McFadden from PEP Worldwide about navigating the modern workplace jungle!

I really loved her examples of historical boundaries that were put in place for us like office hours, shops closed in evenings and weekends and she summed up hyperconnectivity we have these days so well with an analogy of paper in-trays back in the day.


As we wrapped up, Jo shares her one powerful and provocative wellbeing practice she’d recommend everyone tries – emptying your mind and being present 🧠
