
One of the quickest ways to higher your vibrational frequency is to focus on gratitude. At any time you have the ability to create feelings of joy and appreciation, simply by focussing on things in your life you have to be grateful for, no matter how big or small. In our collective meditation, we with bath ourselves in joyous gratitude and realise the joy and love we have to celebrate.
