
I sat down with Award Winning Broadcaster, Sophie Scott and discovered the tips and tricks she uses to sustain her mental health. Sophie has 4 sons, who are now grown, but she shares the things she learnt along the way and what she does now to continue tending to her wellbeing.

1. Calm – morning home work out and breath
2. Connect - people who give me a sense of joy and belonging
3. Commit - movement (protective factors)
