
Today Charlotte chats with Victoria Jones.
Victoria Jones is married and mum to a 3 and a 2 year old, an influencer marketing agency founder and former international journalist who helps smart and driven women start and grow their own business.
Through her six week Upstart program, business podcast and interactive workshops she’s empowered and enabled hundreds of female founders to succeed.
By providing women with tangible action steps, tried and tested strategies and profound mindset shifts (all with a sprinkle of playfulness), Victoria is on a mission to create a movement of bold and brave women taking action on their dreams and building a business and life they love.
Vic’s three wellbeing habits are:
1. ‘Take a moment to yourself’
2. Reflect on the day – celebrate and gratitude
3. Dance – a rave under fairy lights
And Vic’s wonderful family ritual – aside from dancing with her kids to shake their sillies out, they learn something new every day to encourage curiosity. At the moment they are all learning Italian together. One word per day to prep them for their big trip to Italy.
