I talk about how each area affects our physical, emotional, and spiritual health and offer practical, faith-cantered ways to nurture them in everyday life. I encourage you to reflect on which pillars you feel strong in and which areas could use a little more attention so you can grow, feel more balanced, and experience greater wellbeing. Whether you’re feeling a little “off” lately or just want to strengthen your daily habits, this episode is full of encouragement, practical tips, and gentle reminders that wellbeing is a journey, not a destination.
