In this episode, I’m opening up about those tough “bad body image” days we all have - when our reflection, our clothes, or even our stomach feels off, and it’s tempting to spiral into self-criticism, restrictive habits, or emotional eating. I share four practical ways I’ve learned to navigate these moments with grace, perspective, and faith. From avoiding body checking and negative self-talk, to choosing comfortable clothing and nourishing your body with balance, I want to remind you that your worth isn’t defined by a number on the scale or what the mirror shows. It’s rooted in God’s love for you and the intentional way He made you.
