Happy first day of Fall! It's a beautiful crispy day out here in Vancouver PLUS it's Jordan's and I's 1st year anni so of course, I had to record a pod. 

Fall is such a cozy and moooody time of year. I share some of my favorite fall activities, I also share my experience with seasonal depression and some things I do to try to combat it. But I also love just staying home and watching tv shows and movies <3
