In this episode, we have talked with Mr Simon Thomas OBE, the Ambassador to the Republic of Croatia from the United Kingdom, and with Mr Matija Žulj the founder of the AGRIVI startup which is developing visionary farm management software. Mr Thomas has described some of the ways UK is desirable as a market and as headquarters for Croatian companies, drawing from his experience in other countries. The UK has a highly entrepreneurial society which supports the startup ecosystem in various ways – from services and friendly bureaucracy to being a large and developed market which can buy a large volume of goods and services. Mr Žulj runs a company AGRIVI, which has offices around the world and has experience in running an international business, including in the UK, and has contributed his experience with different country regulations and different markets.
