Can changing your mindset actually change your life? With Jonny Wilkinson & Estelle Bingham

Mindset is one of the biggest wellness buzzwords today. While some approach mindfulness with authenticity and care, others miss the mark, leaving many unsure how the practice really works.

We’ll explore the meaning of mindfulness, explain it in theory and practice, analyse the mindset coaching boom, and look at exercises and the science behind how changing your thoughts can change your life.

Emilie is joined by rugby hall of fame alum and One Living founder Jonny Wilkinson, and heart-led therapist and author of Manifest Your True Essence, Estelle Bingham.

Together they discuss the power of mindset and whether shifting how you think can truly change your experiences. Jonny and Estelle share insights on thought, the unconscious mind, and how to interpret what our minds are telling us.

Estelle explains manifestation, how it’s often misunderstood, and whether influencers selling courses risk undermining the practice. Jonny reflects on how his relationship with thought has evolved, and how rugby and coaching have been shaped by new habits and mindset shifts.

Finally, Estelle and Emilie explore tools like meditation and journaling to help uncover your true self, clarify what you want, and achieve it in meaningful ways.
