Brown (www.jbrownyoga.com; IG: @jbrownyoga) On today’s episode, I interview an internationally renowned Yoga teacher and writer leading the way in the slow Yoga revolution, advocating for more intimate, breath-centered, therapeutic Yoga practices seeking to change the dialogue and direction of Yoga practice in the West. He’s also the host of the J.
