Ep. 82. In this weeks episode, Kevin talks about making the switch to matcha and at time of recording is officially one week coffee free. Niamh is trying to re-introduce dairy in to her diet as she realised she's not too sure where she has been getting any calcium from. Both Kevin and Niamh has been in particularly good moods lately so they're just rolling with it. Niamh also has a life update to share, but she'll talk about it even more in next weeks episode.
