Ep. 77. This week Niamh talks about prepping herself to go camping again for the first time in many years. Kevin has started taking multivitamins to hopefully help him start feeling better. Niamh has been having quite a rough week which isn't being helped by her period and she goes on a small rant about it. Kevin was also not having the greatest week and has just been feeling a bit fed up lately. Not the most energetic episode this week for you, but the siblings are just keeping it real and honest.
