In Episode 19, “Halloween Hangover: Interview with Margaret Bell”, I discuss the trauma of seasonal transitioning with Margaret Bell, a certified thanatologist and coach on bereavement, loss and grief. We talk about our grief as content creators and connect it to the collective unconscious as we talk about how celebrations affect us. We address the importance of allowing ourselves to mourn when others are happy, to sit with our feelings and to connect with seasons by looking at our cultural and historical ancestry.
