Winning Ways to Start Your Week

Burned out. Tired. Carrying the load. Whatever it is that you might be feeling right now, I’m sure I can relate to a degree. Especially when Sunday rolls around. Ugh. I mean, isn’t Sunday supposed to be the “day of rest”? 

However, a few months back, I realized that I was forsaking my Sunday by “resting” through inaction. It dawned on me that Sunday is actually a day of rest-oration! Rather than squander the day or dwell too much of the ticking countdown of the weekend, I used my precious Sunday to prepare myself for the week ahead, making it way less dreaded and tons more successful.

Preparation and planning fuel your productivity and progress. In this episode, I run through my own personal checklist of items that have improved my Sunday and set me up for success through the entire week, including:

  • Stock Your Fridge with Fuel
  • Prepare Food and/or Meals
  • Schedule Workouts for the Week
  • Outline Tomorrow’s Schedule
