Weighing In On Happy isn’t about tracking weight; it’s about unpacking what’s been weighing on you. Unlock Your Best Skin Ever (Naturally) - 113 - Marie Claude

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by skincare, unsure what’s actually helping (or hurting) your skin, or frustrated by the endless beauty marketing that makes you feel like more is better, this episode will feel like a breath of fresh, radiant air.

I’m joined by the brilliant Marie-Claude Marion: holistic skincare expert, former L’Oréal trainer, and creator of the Glow Concierge Plan. After 20+ years in the fast-paced beauty industry, Marie-Claude made a radical shift, ditching harsh formulas and commercial noise for plant-based rituals and simple, nourishing routines that actually work.

We talk about:

  • Why your skincare routine might be doing more harm than good
  • How to decode product labels and spot toxic ingredients
  • Her favorite kitchen-based rituals for glowing skin (including honey masks & turmeric spot treatments!)
  • Why less is more, and how simplifying your routine can support your nervous system
  • The surprising truth behind microplastics, silicones, and those long ingredient names you can’t pronounce
  • How to turn skincare into a self-care ritual that calms your body and reconnects you with yourself

Whether you’re dealing with acne, skincare fatigue, or just want to feel at home in your own skin, this conversation is a beautiful reminder that your glow doesn’t have to come from a bottle, it can come from within.

Natural Alternatives & At-Home Rituals:

From your kitchen to your face:
