Quincy Jones was the producer in charge of Michael Jackson's maturing career from a child star to a solo adult artist in the music business. Quincy speaks of wanting to be a gangster as a child because his father exposed him to that world. But after going through the fermentation/aging process he developed into a very talented musician and ended up taking his career in that direction.
