A series of wee (short) interviews about high level mental performance with people who are highly successful (Brilliant) performers on the sports field, in a studio, on stage, on a movie set, behind a mic, in the board room, or in a top research lab. Wee Chats series focuses on how the performer is able to be Brilliant while being challenged by every day highs and lows in life and in performances. We will learn about any mental or physical preparation they do, how they cope with nerves, how they build their confidence and what they have learned about themselves along their journey. The format is a low key casual conversation over a cup of tea with Dr Alison Pope-Rhodius (known to her graduate students at JFK University as Dr A-Rhod), a Professor in Sport Psychology. Each interview will finish with a few fun, yet insightful, quick-fire questions. So, sit back, subscribe to the series and you’ll be informed of new interviews as they get developed and posted.
