Professionally, Kavisa is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Prenatal Yoga teacher, and the business owner of Nourishing Justly. Kavisa believes that every family's breastfeeding journey is unique and requires support that is compassionate and tailored to their specific needs and goals. She uses evidence-based practices that prioritize the physical and emotional well-being of both the parent and the child. Her work is focused on promoting justice, health equity, and community well-being. She lives in Sacramento, California with her husband and 4 kids.
