72: Have you heard the quote “Wealth Is Quiet” before? It is so simple to understand. In this episode, I try to explain in my own terms and in my personal lifestyle living of why wealth is quiet. Keep in mind that everyone chooses the way they want to live but sometimes what we see is not wealth rather than the noise of flashy poor living. There is nothing wrong with a little spending, but understand how you can build your future wealth.

71: In this episode, I share my college journey and how I navigate paying down my college tuition utilizing my good credit that allowed me to obtain 0% credit cards to pay for my college tuition. This is a method that is not recommended to just anyone, and this is my journey, so if you try to follow, make sure you are someone who is disciplined enough to pay your bills on time.
