Today, I’m honored to share Beth Smith’s story with you.  It’s one special to me as I had the priveldge to walk alongside her, even though we were a state away at the time. Now she has moved nearby and I was recently able to meet her in person. She’s a true joy and fierce warrior. Beth now lives in Erwin, TN with her husband and three children. She’s a Jesus follower and mental health health advocate living with unspecified bipolar disorder. She believes that God has allowed this in my life to help others in their mental health journeys. I believe in looking for a "reason to stay" in everyday.
