Ships of Theseus : The Fanfiction Paradox : Ep 1
Welcome aboard to the Ships of Theseus, The Fanfiction Paradox! This series starts an in-depth look at the most recent fanfiction that has been published, comparing it to the original work, noting the differences, and truly seeing if you replace enough pieces, is it no longer Theaseus' ship?  Implying the theory that if you slowly replace each piece of an item is it still the same item at the end? We plan to look even further into the impact of published fanfiction on the fanfiction community, writing community, publishing world, and when copyright comes in into play.  We are setting sails into unknown territory but we hope to unearth some treasure along the way. Can't wait for the next episode? Go check out our author interviews from the Vault!
