His name is Freddy Monteros, from Guadalajara, Mexico, the land of Tequila and Mariachi, some people think that maybe he does not like his country, but in reality he just loves travelling, but the most he travels, the most he falls in love with his country, and specially its gastronomy, no words can describe the richness in food, beverages, culture and techniques that make it so special.
His career in gastronomy starts after I graduated from Glion, from there he has been involved in wine and food most of the time, after training in Dubai and Beijing, He decided to dedicate his life to create gastronomic experiences.
