I’m so excited to share todays episode with you — I think the conversation had with this guest is just the perfect timing with the energy of the winter solstice and the new year quickly approaching. Today’s guest and good friend is New York & global based, Margeaux Elkrief. Margeaux is the founder and casting director of Dreamland Agency and is probably one of the most hardworking yet humble people I know in the industry. She’s not only a talented and successful casting director but she’s also making a huge impact on how the industry labels models and talent standards. Her work represents the positive shift from exclusion to inclusion and she has created a diverse and unique roster of beautiful humans inside and out. A perfect reflection of herself and the life she leads. Not only has she found success in her career but she’s an inspiration to those who have a hunger to explore the world, and a curiosity for the beauty and love life has to offer.
