On today's episode I chat with Los Angeles based holistic nutritionalist and recipe developer, Lily Harris. In this episode we chat a lot about the opportunity for growth and how that shows up in many forms. Her goal is to help her clients build confidence in the healing abilities our bodies hold while support them with the tools to do so. With a long past life in the fashion industry, Lily has explored many roles and opportunities but ultimately found herself on the path to a career in wellness. Navigating a love for food with a celiac disease diagnosis lead her to exploring and re-developing gluten-free versions of her favorite meals in the kitchen. She focuses on non-restrictive health and creating nourishing, exploratory, delicious meals to share with her community. We talk about eating seasonally, and some tips to care for your mind and body in the winter season. She gently reminds us are bodies are capable, resilient, and mild positive stress on the body can do wonders.
