It's almost opening day for Track and Field so it's a perfect time for Alex and Cris to dust off the mics and talk some shop. What's opening day? Is Opening Day the New Balance GP or the Millrose Games? Well we'll get to that.

We kick off the podcast with a recap from the Houston Marathon. Record set and impressive performances had us buzzing. Then we chat this weekend's New Balance Grand Prix before capping off with a Millrose Games preview. Fields aren't complete so don't yell at us if your favorite athlete isn't mentioned.
