Jack Anstey - Professional Runner for Underarmour Dark Sky, Australian representative in the World Indoor Championships 2022 and Illinois State alumni joins us today to talk about his extremely interesting story on the lead up to getting his professional contract, and also starting running at a later age of 16 (unlike other runners who start a lot younger).

We go through many awesome stories throughout his career so far, a bit of info about strength training and also a bit of NCAA jargon. I had an absolute blast chatting with him and I’m sure you guys will thoroughly enjoy it too!
