Developing scenarios: Bangalore urban metabolism project (BUMP)

Bangalore Urban Metabolism Project (BUMP) is a joint initiative of the Stockholm Environment Institute and the Centre for Public Policy at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. The Bangalore Urban Metabolism Project has a framework and goal to treat cities as living entities that use energy and resources such as groundwater, among others, to generate valuable outcomes and is a multi-institution collaborative long-term program. In this episode, our guest is Vishal Mehta, a senior scientist from the Stockholm Environment Institute with vast experience in sustainable water management. He is also the principal investigator of the Bangalore Urban Metabolism Project.
