EPISODE 16 ~ AFRICAN HOLISTIC HEALTH CARE WITH MKHULU ZOLA XASHIMBA | TUESDAY NOVEMBER 24TH | 5:00 PM, CAT.
In this episode, Mkhulu Zola Xashimba offers a deep understanding of African holistic health care which relates to taking a holistic approach to healing thyself. This is done through considering all important aspects of the human life which include God, spirituality, family, social life, relationship with body, mental and emotional health as well as one’s karmic events. He explores the concept of a dis-ease and how our bodies create illness as a manifestation of unprocessed issues from the different aspects of our lives. He emphasizes that these aspects are deeply interconnected to how we experience our health care. Mkhulu Zola highlights ways we can begin to confront our health issues as unresolved traumas and properly heal the nervous system and DNA using healthy soothing tools such as clearing, purging and dieting. Moreover, he expands on the implications of not adopting natural laws and rite of passages in our way of life and explains the practical ways we can begin to apply various natural laws and resurrect rites of passage rituals in order to improve our holistic health. He urges Africans to draw courage and tap into their African identity so they may begin to holistically heal.
